parent coaching
We can help you explore how your own past experiences may be affecting current issues and how to establish productive coping strategies. We believe in a trickle-down effect; if parents are able to achieve calmness, others in the home will follow. Let’s dive into what’s happening, what changes you would like to see, and create lasting solutions together. Being a parent challenges your self in every way — you can work through those challenges with us in a safe, unconditionally accepting environment focused on adopting sustainable solutions for you and your home. Coaching is exploratory; we’re here to help you discover things you may not have on your own. We adopt techniques from CBT, DBT, IFS, and FFT to dig into the root of stressors. We believe you are ultimately the expert of your own home and are here to unveil your inner knowing to be the best guide for your child that you can be.

youth coaching & mentorship
Clinical youth coaching services integrate mental health expertise with coaching principles to support your child in processing their thoughts, behaviors, and relationships, as well as develop life and coping skills. Youth coaching can assist youth in developing emotional regulation skills, resiliency, and healthy habits through focusing on their inherent strengths and potential rather than deficits. Goal-oriented support from a coach helps youth set and achieve goals related to any area of life and can include practical life skills such as resume writing, school tutoring, organizational systems, cleaning/home tasks, ACT prep, and healthy social relationships. All services are provided by coaches trained in therapeutic interventions with years of administrating trauma-informed guidance to youth experiencing a range of mental and behavioral health struggles.

resource navigation assistance
Resource assistance is available to set up the right supports for your family that are conducive to long-term success. Navigating the changing healthcare systems is complicated and stressful; resource assistance services can help you stay organized. Services can include outreaching potential good-fit providers and scheduling appointments, providing education on different levels of care and how to access them, or bridging communication between yourself and care teams. Coaches also provide support beyond mental health services by helping you build comprehensive social and personal connections, allowing you to continue showing up authentically.
